Boat:

  • Cut out plywood shapes
  • Add chine logs to plywood
  • Assemble plywood pieces into 3D shape
  • Add bottom plywood
  • Attach bottom skids
  • Add epoxy fillets
  • fiberglass the exterior seam
  • Epoxy gaps and holes
  • Build mast step
  • Mount mast step and partner

  • varnish

Rudder/Leeboard:

  • cut plywood blanks
  • glue plywood blanks into 2 and 3 laminate plys
  • cut final shapes
  • cut hole for lead weights in rudder
  • cut hole for lead weight in leeboard
  • add lead to rudder
  • add lead to leeboard
  • fiberglass rudder
  • fiberglass leeboard
  • prime rudder
  • prime leeboard
  • paint rudder
  • paint leeboard
  • assemble rudder
  • bolt on leeboard

Tiller:

  • Cut tiller shape
  • (Add extension)
  • Add rope guides
  • sand
  • prime
  • paint

Sail:

  • purchase grommet tool
  • purchase tarp
  • purchase carpet tape
  • cut to size
  • tape seams and darts
  • sew seams
  • add grommets
  • rigging
  • extra grommets for reef points

  • Rolling wheel attachment in rudder position to roll to the waterline
  • PDR Plaque mounting

  • Hull number painting on boat
